Austin airport slides down J.D. Power list of best travel hubs

Austin's lower score reflects a widespread decline in airport satisfaction following the pandemic. According to J.D. Power, 58% of all travelers surveyed described airport terminals as severely or moderately crowded, in line with the 59% who said the same in 2019.
