Manhunt for boyfriend of NYPD civilian employee murdered in Queens apartment continues for third day

New York City authorities are searching for Pedro Cintron, accused of murdering his NYPD civilian employee girlfriend, Migdalia Ortega, in her third-floor Queens apartment on Monday, as well as shooting and critically wounding a neighbor who rushed in to check on her.
