Austin unicorn Workrise announces layoffs

Workrise, which raised $300 million last year, is laying off an undisclosed number of employees as it exits some lines of business. "This was done after careful deliberation and is a result of positions being eliminated, departments consolidated and an overall shift in growth priorities," the company stated.
