Polaris CEO Mike Speetzen's compensation climbed to nearly $10 million in 2021

The compensation bump for Mike Speetzen — total pay was up more than 150% from the previous year — came as Polaris named him CEO in May, removing the "interim" part of his title he'd had since former CEO Scott Wine left the company at the end of 2020.
