Greg Collier becomes first Charlotte chef to advance to finals in James Beard Awards

Local chef Greg Collier is the first in the Queen City to advance to the final round of the James Beard Awards. He's competing against four other chefs — including three in North Carolina — for Best Chef in the Southeast.
