Dallas, Texas Dec 9, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - Financial Strategies Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: FXCOU, the "Company") announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 8,700,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on The Nasdaq Global Market ("NASDAQ") and trade under the ticker symbol "FXCOU" beginning on December 10, 2021. Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock, one right and one redeemable warrant. Each right entitles the holder thereof to receive one-tenth (1/10) of one share of Class A common stock upon the consummation of an initial business combination, and each redeemable warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A common stock at $11.50 per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A common stock, rights and warrants are expected to be listed on NASDAQ under the symbols "FXCO," "FXCOR" and "FXCOW," respectively.
The offering is expected to close on December 14, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
I-Bankers Securities, Inc. is acting as sole book running manager in the offering. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,305,000 units offered by the Company to cover over-allotments, if any.
