GOP California recall candidates for first time target Elder, who skipped debate

Some of the Republican gubernatorial replacement candidates in the California recall election of Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom take aim at conservative talk radio host Larry Elder, the frontrunner in many of the most recent public opinion polls in the September 14 election.
