New York Lt. Gov. Hochul believes Cuomo accusers, calls his behavior ‘repulsive and unlawful’

Lt. Gov. Hochul would replace Gov. Andrew Cuomo if he were to resign. Cuomo has previously vowed not to do so, and on Tuesday denied some of the accusations.
