Accelalpha, a portfolio company of Century Park Capital Partners, announced it has completed its acquisition of Key Performance Ideas (KPI), a leading managed services and IT consulting firm.

The transaction was facilitated by IT ExchangeNet, a global leader in smaller mid-market mergers and acquisitions focusing on IT Services businesses, MSSPs, MSPs, Microsoft, and Oracle channel partners.

The acquisition will bolster Accelalpha's Oracle cloud application consulting services as part of the company's drive to expand its comprehensive, holistic and integrated Oracle Cloud solutions while simultaneously strengthening the firm's multi-pillar Oracle Cloud managed services business.
