Unemployment rates for Minnesotans of color 'remain stubbornly high' in February

"Just to put it in perspective, if you're a Black Minnesotan that started this pandemic on unemployment insurance, there's a 46% chance you're still getting benefits," DEED Commissioner Steve Grove said at a press conference.
