Biotech, the arts combine in new Kendall Square nonprofit

It may seem as if a real-estate development company and an theater-arts nonprofit are strange bedfellows. Not so, says the co-founder of the newly formed 585 Arts, which will operate and program a 300-seat theater at a planned office and lab building in Kendall Square.
