Dallas booted out of Top 10 ranking of elite U.S. cities — here's why

The Dallas metro area has dropped out of the top 10 in the Milken Institute’s annual Best-Performing Cities rankings, falling to 14th overall in this year’s rankings from 9th in 2020.
