What's in Pennsylvania's new proposed budget for 2021-22

The corporate net tax reduction would be dropped to 8.99% on Jan. 1, 2022, under the Wolf administration’s plan and then down to 5.99% by 2026. It would also close the loophole for companies incorporated in Delaware or elsewhere out of state.
