Target Center operator will pay $100,000 to Minneapolis to offset Trump rally costs

Minneapolis officials have wrapped up talks with Target Center operator ASM Global over recouping costs from former President Donald Trump's 2019 rally at the downtown Minneapolis sports venue, which Mayor Jacob Frey said cost the city more than $530,000.
