Phoenix strip club where multiple shootings took place in 2020 must change ownership, state says

Club owners divest all ownership rights to the strip club’s liquor license by May 1 and pay a fine of $30,000, according to a consent agreement between the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control and club ownership.
