Team NEO to distribute PPE to small businesses

Team NEO said it plans to distribute 4,500 PPE kits to small businesses with 100 or fewer employees from 9 a.m. to noon at the JumpStart parking lot, 6701 Carnegie Avenue in Cleveland.
