Pittsburgh and Allegheny County offer rental assistance program for those in need

Up to six months of rental assistance will be offered until Dec. 30 as part of the county's new rental assistance program. The city's new program, however, is offering up to $3,000 for rent, mortgage, legal and utility assistance.
