Eat on the street—Milwaukee advances plan for more outdoor restaurant seating during pandemic

Milwaukee took another step toward letting restaurants create more outdoor seating on streets and sidewalks as they reopen, but there are extensive safety limits that include limiting the program to streets with speed limits of 25 miles per hour or lower.
