EU's self-styled 'frugal four' formally oppose French-German plans for coronavirus grants

Austria, Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands — or the self-styled "frugal four" — stated their opposition on Saturday to a French-German plan for a $545 billion coronavirus recovery fund.
