KC developer, architect break ground on $30M VA clinic

Kansas City-based developer US Federal Properties Co. and Leawood-based architecture firm Hoefer Wysocki have broken ground on another major Veterans Affairs project. This time the VA commissioned the team to build a $30 million, two-story clinic.
