Like many restaurant businesses, BBQ Holdings Inc., the parent company of the Famous Dave's and Granite City Food & Brewery, took a financial hit from the Covid-19 pandemic in the past weeks. But the company's recent emphasis on carry-out service may have blunted the blow.
