Ultra-low-cost carrier Allegiant Air to delay opening of new base in Concord due to COVID-19

About six weeks after announcing its intent to open a new aircraft base at Concord-Padgett Regional Airport this fall, Allegiant Air has delayed those plans as it continues to implement measures aimed at mitigating the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak.
