Deters names special prosecutor in Cincinnati councilmembers case

Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters named Patrick Hanley, a former federal prosecutor, to look into a referral for criminal prosecution from Ohio Auditor Keith Faber of five Cincinnati City Council members who were fined for violating the Open Meetings Act in 2018.
