Milwaukee advertising exec Bill Eisner dies

Prominent Milwaukee advertising executive Bill Eisner, who handled former Gov. Scott Walker’s political advertising and publicly discussed his cancer diagnosis earlier this year, died last week, according to a Facebook post by his mother Elaine Eisner.
