Schuster's redevelopment in Milwaukee's Bronzeville to cost $84M, include apartments

The redevelopment of the long-closed Schuster's store in Milwaukee's Bronzeville area for the Medical College of Wisconsin and Greater Milwaukee Foundation will cost an estimated $84.5 million and also include affordable apartments and early child education or fitness facilities.
