Evers, Barnes push Wisconsin Medicaid expansion despite Republican opposition

Wisconsin Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes said Monday that the state’s Democrats will not stop pushing until they win Republican support for Medicaid expansion but it seems highly unlikely a legislative victory is possible.
