San Antonio Chamber names interim chairman after CPS CEO's resignation

The new chairman replaces CPS Energy CEO Paula Gold-Williams, who stepped down July 16 citing a conflict related to the legal dispute between the business community and the city over the city's paid sick leave ordinance, noting that the city owns CPS Energy.
