Kuester CRE Announces New Development Projects Throughout Fort Mill, SC

Kuester CRE Announces New Development Projects Throughout Fort Mill, SCIn a new statement to the press, Kuester CRE provides details on several new developments and renovations throughout the Fort Mill area.

Fort Mill has become one of the fastest-growing towns in all of South Carolina—and with that comes a number of new commercial real estate developments. In a new statement to the press, Kuester CRE provides details on three major projects currently unfolding throughout the Fort Mill area.

“As Fort Mill grows, there’s more and more need for medical buildings, office space, retail, and beyond,” comments Shaw Kuester, President of Kuester CRE. “As you travel across town, keep your eyes peeled for Kuester CRE signage, denoting several new development and renovation projects.”

The first such project is the development of new professional office space off Dobys Bridge Road. “The Ferrara-Buist Builders team is currently developing 12,000-18,000 square feet of creative, attractive office space for lease, located at 1560 Dobys Bridge Road,” Kuester confirms. “This development will offer a beautiful, modern facility for competitive rates.” The project, which will also include some medical office space, is slated for completion this fall.

Another big project is renovated office and retail space off Tom Hall Street, located between Dobys Bridge and the Fort Mill Southern Bypass. “We’re updating and expanding the office footprint at 818 Tom Hall Street,” says Kuester. “This will serve the growing need for office space in downtown Fort Mill, and it will also significantly improve the aesthetics of the area.” This project, too, is scheduled for completion by the end of 2019.

Finally, Kuester notes the ongoing renovation work at Steele Street Station, located at 415 Tom Hall Street. “Our goal here is to deliver high-quality space for professional services and medical practices, which will in turn offer some much-needed services to our growing community,” he affirms. Currently, Steele Street Station is on track for completion by the end of October.

“Fort Mill is growing, and it’s a real joy to play a small part in its flourishing,” concludes Kuester. “We hope locals will look forward to these developments and to the great services they’ll offer.”
