Panthers land $160 million in SC incentives for Rock Hill HQ and training complex

The 46-member South Carolina Senate voted 27-15 in favor of an incentives bill passed in March by the House making pro sports teams eligible for job tax credits and job development grants. Those programs account for the bulk of the incentives: $115 million to $120 million over 15 years.
