Tesla gets restraining order against short seller who allegedly followed, filmed company car

Tesla on Friday was granted a temporary restraining order against a Fremont man who the company alleges set up secret cameras, trespassed on company property, hit a security guard, and later dangerously swerved around a company car while it was filming a promotional video.
