Democratic AG Kaul predicts state Supreme Court will reject Republican 'lame duck' laws

Democratic Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul says constitutional separation of powers ultimately will prevail in lawsuits over the so-called “lame duck” laws passed by the Republican-controlled Wisconsin Legislature that limit his powers and those of Democratic Gov. Tony Evers.
