City, state dismiss 'Art Modell' lawsuit against Crew SC owner, MLS

City Attorney Zach Klein and Attorney General Mike DeWine announced Friday morning that they are dismissing the "Art Modell" lawsuit intended to keep the Crew SC from leaving Columbus for Austin, Texas.
