The worst performing sector as of midday Monday is the Financial sector, not showing much of a gain. Within the sector, Cboe Global Markets Inc (CBOE) and Broadridge Financial Solutions (BR) are two large stocks that are lagging, showing a loss of 3.1% and 2.2%, respectively..
