Columbus proposes $649,000 settlement to owners of homes damaged in 2015 Upper Arlington gas explosion

The city of Columbus has proposed nearly $649,000 as its portion of a settlement payment to owners of homes damaged three years ago by a catastrophic natural gas explosion in Upper Arlington. Columbia Gas of Ohio also has offered to settle for undisclosed amounts.
