In trading on Monday, the SPDR S&P Aerospace & Defense ETF (XAR) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.7% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of L3 Technologies (LLL), up about 12.8% and shares of Harris (HRS), up about 11.9% on the day.
