Carlisle Companies Announces 8.1% Dividend Increase, its 42nd Consecutive Year of Dividend Increases

Carlisle Companies (NYSE: CSL) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an 8.1% increase in the Company’s regular quarterly dividend from $0.37 per share to $0.40 per share, or to $1.60 per share on an annualized basis.

The dividend is payable on September 4, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2018. This marks the 42nd consecutive year of dividend increases for Carlisle shareholders.
