Tepper takes over Panthers, will address media here on Tuesday

A new era began Monday for the Carolina Panthers with the sale of the franchise to David Tepper now completed. The team also announced Chief Operating Officer Tina Becker has resigned. Becker worked for the Panthers for 19 seasons, serving as COO since December 2017 after owner Jerry Richardson stepped away from operational responsibilities.
