Court throws out Time Warner Cable $229,500 penalty for 153 robocalls

NEW YORK, June 29 (Reuters) - A federal appeals court on Friday threw out a $229,500 award that a Texas woman had won from Time Warner Cable Inc for harassing her with 153 robocalls after she told it to stop.
