Mayor John Cranley fired a political missile at a longtime Cincinnati political insider on Wednesday, proposing to zero out city funding for the Center for Closing the Health Gap, the group headed by Dwight Tillery, Cranley’s former political ally and Cincinnati’s mayor from 1991 to 1993.
