Precourt and MLS file motion to dismiss 'Modell' lawsuit

Major League Soccer and Precourt Sports Ventures filed a motion Thursday to dismiss the lawsuit the city and state are using to try and keep the Crew SC in Columbus, deeming it "blatantly unconstitutional."
