Council members continue push for independent counsel as severance deal for city manager OK’d

Two Cincinnati City Council members continued their push on Thursday for an independent counsel to look into allegations of wrongdoing in city government after the City Council approved an eight-month severance agreement for City Manager Harry Black if he voluntarily resigned.
