Trump seizes on tweets by Facebook executive as proof Russia didn’t tilt election to him

Rob Goldman said in a series of threaded tweets on a nonverified Twitter account that most Russian ad spending occurred after the U.S. election in November 2016 and that “swaying the election was *NOT* the main goal.”
