CURO Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering

CURO Group Holdings Corp. (CURO: NYSE) (“CURO” or the “Company”) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 6,666,667 shares of common stock at a price of $14.00 per share. The net proceeds to the Company in connection with its initial public offering, after deducting estimated underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by CURO, are approximately $82.3 million.

CURO will use the net proceeds from this offering to purchase, repurchase, redeem, defease or otherwise repay portions of the 12.00% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 of CURO’s wholly-owned subsidiary and to pay related fees, expenses, premiums and accrued interest.

The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,000,000 shares at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount to cover over-allotments, if any.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Jefferies LLC and Stephens Inc. acted as joint book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters for the offering. William Blair & Company L.L.C. also acted as a book-running manager for the offering.
