Broadcom to move headquarters to U.S., CEO says with Trump at his side

Broadcom Ltd., the Singapore-based semiconductor company that's set to acquire San Jose's Brocade Communication Systems for $5.9 billion, will move its legal headquarters to the U.S., it said Thursday.
