RICHMOND, Va. - Oct. 16, 2015 - PRLog -- eComEngine, developer of several software as a service (SaaS) tools for eCommerce, has added its Email Campaigns feature to its popular FeedbackFive service that helps Amazon Sellers manage their feedback and seller reputations on the retail giant’s website.

About the Email Campaigns
FeedbackFive Email Campaigns give users the ability to send up to five emails per order, which is the maximum allowed by Amazon. This way, users are complying with Amazon’s rules but are able to interact more effectively with their buyers.
The new feature allows FeedbackFive users to send requests for Amazon product reviews as well as seller feedback. It will also target emails at buyers who have left seller feedback, but not a product review. Users can create rules in the Email Campaigns feature that time emails based on criteria like order date, feedback date, delivery date, or on a preset day or time.
Sellers also have the ability to create Email Campaigns specific to a product.
In keeping with FeedbackFive’s commitment to an amazing user experience, the Campaigns feature appears on a Campaigns Overview Page that is automatically available for new signups to the system. At the onset of using the feature, three default Campaigns are available. Users can edit rules for existing default Campaigns, copy Campaigns and customize them, or create new Campaigns from scratch.
