Agilysys Named a 'Top 40' Innovative Technology Company by Technology Association of Georgia

Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq:AGYS), a leading provider of innovative hospitality software solutions and services, has announced that the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), the state's leading association dedicated to the promotion and economic advancement of Georgia's technology industry, has named Agilysys as one of its Top 40 Innovative Technology Companies in Georgia. TAG will recognize the group at the 2015 Georgia Technology Summit, on March 25, at Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta.

The 'Top 40' recognizes Georgia-based technology companies for their innovation, financial impact and efforts at spreading awareness of Georgia's technology initiatives throughout the United States and globally. This year's finalists were selected from more than 120 applicants.

"The 2015 'Top 40' are an elite group of innovators who represent the best of Georgia's technology community," said Tino Mantella, president and chief executive officer of the Technology Association of Georgia. "These finalists are shining examples of what makes our state such a hotbed for technology, and we applaud them for standing out as leaders in our community."

Companies selected for the 'Top 40' will be showcased in an exhibition at the 2015 Georgia Technology Summit, which is expected to draw a crowd of more than 1,300 C-level executives, entrepreneurs, technology professionals and academia. The event will feature presentations from some of the nation's leading technology influencers. In addition, the newest member of the Technology Hall of Fame of Georgia will be inducted.
