Tepco posts $15.3 billion fiscal-year loss

Japan’s Tokyo Electric Power Co. posts Japan’s worst-ever loss for a non-financial company, due mostly to charges related to the post-earthquake nuclear crisis at its Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.
