AMES Achieves AS9100 Certification as Compliant to ISO9001 Quality Standards

Airborne Maintenance & Engineering Services (AMES), a subsidiary of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATSG), announced that it has been granted AS9100 certification for its quality management system. AS9100 is the recognized aerospace industry standard for quality management systems and is based on the ISO9001 international standard.

“The certification covers our engineering and manufacturing processes as well as our Component Repair & Overhaul services,” noted Jeff Becker, Director of Quality Control for AMES. “It reflects our commitment to provide quality products and services that meet the latest industry standards for our growing customer base,” Becker added.
