Hasbro profit rises as toy sales strengthen

Hasbro Inc. reported Monday that first-quarter profit rose three-fold from a year ago, aided by a favorable tax adjustment, as sales rose on demand for Littlest Pet Shop, Monopoly board games and Nerf toys.
