FEUSA Action Aligned with Family Enterprise USA Education Efforts on Behalf of Family Businesses, Family Offices, and Successful Families
-- Policy and Taxation Group, which has advocated on Capitol Hill for family offices and successful families since 1995, is being renamed Family Enterprise USA Action, the group’s Founder and President, Pat Soldano, has announced.
The new Family Enterprise USA Action will continue Policy and Taxation Group’s focus and actions on the tax and economic issues impacting family offices and successful families, as well as advocate for family-owned businesses working with family offices.
Since its founding, Policy and Taxation Group has been the leading advocacy group working to reduce and eliminate estate, gift, and generation skipping transfer taxes while blocking increased income and capital gains taxes, the creation of a wealth tax, and other tax policies that punish hard work and success.
In addition, Family Enterprise USA Action (FEUSA Action) will continue Policy and Taxation Group’s 501(c)(4) organization status and its work advocating for family-owned business, family offices, and successful families impacted by harmful taxes and regulations.
“The name change helps emphasize the actions Policy and Taxation Group has been actively engaged in for thirty years on Capitol Hill,” said Soldano, President of the new Family Enterprise USA Action. “Family Enterprise USA Action is an accurate reflection of the work we’re doing on Capitol Hill on behalf of family-owned businesses, family offices, and successful families.”
Soldano is also President of Family Enterprise USA, which advocates exclusively for family-owned businesses, and is the sister organization to the former Policy and Taxation Group, now Family Enterprise USA Action.
“By aligning more closely with the educational and promotion work we’re doing with lawmakers through Family Enterprise USA, the new Family Enterprise USA Action makes it clear that both organizations are fully aligned, advocating, and taking action for successful families, family offices, and family-owned businesses,” she said.
The transition will take place over next several months, according to Soldano, including transitioning Policy and Taxation Group messaging and branding to Family Enterprise USA Action.
“This change clearly communicates our mission as the leading advocacy group on Capitol Hill taking action for family offices and their family-owned business clients, as well as for successful families,” she said of change.
